Today I am proud to present the first ever piece of hardware produced by Audanika:
Our CTO Gabriel (and his wife Judith) had the idea for Ruth roughly nine months ago and Ruth’s been a stealth project within Audanika which was mostly maintained by Judith until she was ready for release yesterday.
Ruth is an amazing piece of analog gear.
A completely organic design that has been improved upon generation after generation. She’s able to adapt to the capabilities of her parents (notice that we’re stepping away from the paradigm of ‘users’ here) and grows with them over time.
- 3.91kg (light enough to still be called mobile)
- two arms and legs
- no batteries or power chords needed
- currently mostly in sleep mode
- wireless (sorry, no 3G yet, but that option is planned to be released as soon as she is able to use a telephone)
- no warranty
Price: not for sale
@deadretro: Just think over time your new hardware will become compatible with SoundPrism.
